5 Artists From the UNDRGRND Collection
UNDRGRND DIGS is a periodical feature showcasing artists that the UNDRGRND curators dig. We sift through the social media and NFT platforms to find the best artists waiting to be discovered. UNDRGRND believes in the artists we feature and we will purchase NFTs from each artist featured. Purchases will be airdropped to reward UNDRGRND community members.

What You Seek is What You Get
Another talented De La Créme member, Bluretina combines a variety of styles to create bizarre, poignant portraits. In Pinchy Pinchy, we get a female character comprised of “a pinch of love + a pinch of hate + a pinch of regret + a pinch of faith. Just put inside your head and shake!” Paired with the visual of a woman pulling her face in opposite directions we get an emotional strained person being visibly pulled apart by the ingredients shaken insider like a mixed drink. Bluretina added a female persepective to De La Créme but also brought a world of depth with her art.

Shamlu strips away everything leaving the audience with only the essential to convey a feeling. An abstract sensuality and isolation appears across most of his work. The forms depicted are presented alone in the ether and appear either contemplative or lost, which is perfect for a collaboration with artist Nate Hill. With little information given about each piece, the audience is forced to project their personas onto the subjects. This means this says a lot more about the author than the artist.

Capturing our cultural history in 5 walls, The Polygonist does not shy away from the uncomfortable. Whether depicting business men walking into concentration camps in Company Men, structures built from the casualties of religious wars in For the Love of God, infantile depictions of American politicians, or pop culture references from film, The Polygonist provides an honest and difficult portrayal of humanity’s history.

A grumpy old man once said, “This hurts my eyes,” and then proceeded to continue to avoid an entire genre of art. One of defining styles of the art renaissance occurring in NFTs, glitch/flash gifs made popular by Xcopy has become a favorite of collectors on any chain. Add to the growing list of talented artists mastering this style, Xeriesjame. Their use of still life in a fast-moving environment is an incredibly fresh perspective created by that juxtaposition. In a sea of similar artists and styles, Xeriesjame manages to bring interesting new ideas to the genre and stand-alone, yet still part of the movement.
Each UNDRGRND DIGS will feature artists our curators have purchased for the UNDRGRND Collection. UNDRGRND will airdrop pieces from our collection to community members via giveaways.
