Lately, I've noticed many young people getting diseases that are usually associated with old age, like degenerative and incurable conditions. It's quite alarming.

One thing is for sure: when a young person gets sick, their quality of life drops significantly. Light cases might reduce it by 10%, but severe cases can drop it by 90-99% (and as time goes on, it often becomes a life not worth living).

That's just the reduction in enjoying life, not to mention building or achieving anything. Normally, they might not want to study or work, but when they're sick, it becomes thousands of times harder.

Many young people don't have much pressure, or they avoid it, so they think they're fine. But when real challenges come, they realize how weak they are.

It seems like because they're weak, they subconsciously avoid pressure and shirk responsibilities.

And because there's no health evaluation filter, they think they're healthy and continue to indulge, messing up their health. Plus, because of their bad habits, their friends also have bad habits. Instead of asking each other how many kilometers they ran last week or how many hours they trained, they now challenge each other on how many bottles they can drink, how many times they can smoke, or how many actor names they can remember.

Then, when adversity strikes, they blame it on bad luck or fate. When they need help from friends, all they have around are drinking buddies or addicts.

Life is tough, my friends. When bad things happen to a weak person with little fortune, you can bet that aunts, uncles, and distant relatives will come knocking just for fun.

A serious illness can make you lose your job, derail your career, get dumped by your lover, deplete your wealth, and lead to mental deterioration - making it easy to fall into a cycle of bad behavior.

In short, take care of your health, guys. Get healthy first, then plan other things; without health, everything is harder and less efficient.

And don't let yourself be young but already like a sick, crippled person. It's a waste of your youth and your parents' efforts.

Pay attention to your diet to nourish your body and play sports to maintain and improve your health, my friends.

Funny meme. Hahaha.
