How Mental Clarity can change the course of your entire life.

Mental Clarity Meaning

As of the time of this writing I'm conducting a 48 Hours Fast people look at it like it's not a big deal, but when you do something intentionally it is a big deal cause it takes willpower & courage to actually make such decision, So you maybe asking --- why do I need mental clarity I've thinking all my life, well you have to understand what Mental clarity means, Mental clarity is a state of mind in which you are more focused, and your perception is clear. With mental clarity, you are able to recognize, understand, and organize your thoughts.

So from this you can tell, mental clarity is very important to achieving your goals and anything you put your mind to do.

How Mental Clarity Has Helped Me

On My last Gig as a community manager anytime I was in big trouble not knowing what decisions to make, all I had to do was stay away from social media or conduct a fast--- it would enable me gather my thoughts to make the next Optimal decision, I usually became more clever but I wouldn't suggest thinking clever at any point in time, because it means you are taking a short term route, which you’ll pay for in the long run. I wished I used my mental clarity to do better things during my community management Gig, maybe I might still have my Job, Anyways the pass will always be the past.

Bias Without Mental Clarity

I mean on a daily we are prone to many errors & Biases based on our inability to think critically and clearly, we make mistakes, do the wrong things & Generally make the wrong choices.

An example would be; When We make errors we tend to blame others or We tell ourselves we are capable when we usually don’t have what it takes to achieve that goal like the fox that crept up to a vine.

He gazed longingly at the fat, purple, overripe grapes. He placed his front paws against the trunk of the vine, stretched his neck, and tried to get at the fruit, but it was too high. Irritated, he tried his luck again. He launched himself upward, but his jaw snapped only at fresh air.

A third time he leapt with all his might—so powerfully that he landed back down on the ground with a thud. Still not a single leaf had stirred. The fox turned up his nose: “These aren’t even ripe yet. Why would I want sour grapes?” Holding his head high, he strode back into the forest.

Approaches to Achieve Mental Clarity

Mental clarity is really important as it helps us make life changing decisions which can change the entire course of our life, Here are some approaches I use to achieve mental clarity

  • Staying of your Smart Phone for more than 48 Hours: The reason why It's 48 hours is that your brain is always bombarded with sensory information when your on the internet --- you are constantly seeing Ads and Images that have been created to deliberately catch your attention, so your subconscious brain is trying process most of information to determine what it important & what is not creating Mental Fog.

    So you need stay off your Smart Phone for that long to give your brain time to process existing thoughts, effectively allowing you to see things more clearly.

  • 24 Hours Dopamine Detox: This is where you abstain from anything that could stimulate your the neurons in your brain, from; your phone, music, books, television, food Etc. Once you can do this you will achieve mental clarity.

  • 24 to 48 hours Fasting: This is my favorite approach because I have to meetup with life daily demands likewise You too!, which means I can't stay off my phone or Computer screen.

    Mental clarity will usually takes effect once your body enters a state of ketosis this usually about 14 hours into the fast--- Ketosis is a state where you brain starts to feed on the Fat in your body, it's the brains main source of nutrient, So when you're in this state your brain performs at an optimal level allowing to think more clearly.

Final Thoughts

I know a lot of people that just go about daily being clueless about what the next optimal decision would be for them, so in all actuality to achieve such a state you need to cut out your bad habits & cheap pleasures that riddle you of your future. And also when your in this state you start to partake in task that would be normally difficult for you to perform. They are some side affects that come along with it but the potential benefit if you use any of these are approaches are Endless.
