Hello and happy weekend! ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂)⸝♡

I'm back with your weekly dose of art featuring my Five Faves! This time the pieces are bold and vibrant, filled with vivid colors to keep you uplifted and inspired 🌈

Let's get right to it! 👇

Sir Wayne Nooten

"Dar Yacout" by @WayneNooten is an acrylic on canvas painting based on the artist's own experience while dining in a palace with a restaurant called Dar Yacout in Marrakech. The flat, folk-like style of the figures in the painting remind me of beautiful tapestries, draping over walls. The muted but vivid colors are eye catching and the composition presents a cozy and intimate space. You really can't help but wanting to be in that exact moment, experiencing this beautiful dinner. Incredible piece, Wayne!

Frank Lepkowski

@frank_g_l's collection "Night Stroller" includes three pieces (as you can see in the post below), but my favorite is " Diners in Restaurant Window" 💫

I love the use of painterly technique on a digital form, each stroke creates an expression and emotion that develops into a magical atmosphere. It's like seeing a memory in your mind, somehow very detailed and vivid in its colors and ambience, but at the same time too blurry that you can't make out a face or an object. The warm colors of the awning seem to enclose you in a cozy hug, as you wander what stories the characters behind the large window seem to have. A beautiful and immersive piece, Frank! 👏🏻

Milana Juventa

"Unknown Abstraction" by @MJuventa is the kind of piece that asks you to interpret the meaning yourself. This piece plays with contrast and movement, layering bold black with soft peach and gray tones to create a dynamic, almost atmospheric effect. The dripping paint and blurred edges give it an organic, raw energy, while the sharp black triangles provide a sense of structure and disruption. That is what we see on the canvas, but what about the underlying meaning? I see skyscrapers crumbling from a low point of view, but somehow see hope and light as the destruction closes in. What do you see? 🤔Great piece, Milana!

Bouboy.eth

"Supernova" by @BouboyBkk is a chaotic yet mesmerizing mix of surrealism, pop art, and retro aesthetics, pulling the viewer into a world that feels both playful and unsettling. The collage like composition with many seemingly random objects create a dreamlike state, as if it's a daydream full of oddities. There's a strange harmony in which these different forms and shapes interact with each other and yet they invite you to keep looking in, getting lost in the details. And of course, the ever present smiley face to top it all off as a signature Bouboy piece 👏🏻

Arezou

"Spring" by @Arezou69195500 is truly the embodiment of the season 🌸🌷The choice of bright pastel colors create a world full of whimsy and wonder. There’s a strong sense of fantasy and nostalgia, reminiscent of childhood storybooks. With quirky characters as they paint Easter eggs or float along in the sky, you can't help but feel like you're reminiscing on a childhood fairytale you read when you were seven A wonderful and cheery piece, Arezou! Definitely perfect to welcome spring

That's it for this week's picks!I hope you enjoy seeing these incredible pieces as much as I do. Don't forget to give these talented artists a follow!

Look out for new Five Faves soon!
