About the job

We're looking for a talented social media manager and content strategist to join our team and work directly alongside our founder, Colin.

You'll have full ownership over our social media strategies, as well as our Paragraph newsletters. You'd handle customer engagement, outreach, and branding on both Twitter and Discord. You'd test different customer acquisition strategies, and you'd see what sticks and what doesn't, measuring & iterating throughout. You'd laser-focus on content that drive growth & retention, and relentlessly test and re-test to ensure you're hitting growth goals.

Must haves:

• 3+ years social media management experience
• Experience working in web3 and crypto
• A strong social media presence: you've been around Twitter and Discord for a while, and know how to manage communities
• Ability to work independently, in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Primarily live between GMT-8 and GMT-5.

Nice-to-haves:

• You've worked in seed-stage pre-product-market-fit startups before and thrive in ambiguous & early-stage environments
