## **Welcome to the hood, my fren! This is the very first post of my very first newsletter! HOORAY!**

Let’s start from the first one: **why a newsletter?**

* I’ve seen the __rise of every social media__, using them for any potential opportunity, from posting kitties up to finding a job;
* I think it’s one of the best way of __making our creativity explode__, allowing everyone (even those one with poor artistic skills like me) to create and boost knowledge;
* It’s the best way to __create great connection and strong relationships__ literally with everyone, wherever they are. I’m still humbled and amazed in thinking that I have strong relationships with people all around the globe building in web3

Despite all of this, Social Media have one rule that must be respected: **eat, live and pray with the algorithm**.

If you want to be read, recognized and supported, you need to understand how algorithms for every single social media works. Making examples:

👉 If you’re posting on **Facebook**, images and memes converts way more than written posts. Incisive posts (not necessarily short ones) have more impact;

👉 If you’re posting on **instagram**, selfies converts waaaay more than everything else;

👉 If you’re posting on **Linkedin**, showing off + educating + pictures of your face converts more than ever. Links are devilish stuff though;

👉 If you’re posting on **Twitter**, well… I don’t know, I’m quite fresh in there (as an active actors) therefore please feel free to suggest!

## Within this newsletter, instead, my aim is to avoid the social media algorithm and **understand the “human” algorithm**, the one that will move you every time you will receive this newsletter and will make you scream “oh sheeze, it’s done! Let’s go read this!”!

The name of the publication is **“Fly3r”** as I’d love to be like the [one of the brother Wrights](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wright_Flyer), building the first newsletter that will help people and brands understand web3 by taking web2 cases and crunch them, squeezing out web3 from their veins!

As the Wrights, my airplane is still a rough one, and I hope I’ll be able to build a proper one, a real jet, over the course of the newsletters!

You may understand why I decided to choose Paragraph instead: it’s a web3 native tool! Expect me to create tokens and give token gated access to posts in the future, this is for sure! I know there should be Italian in here, therefore if you haven’t already, read through the end as I have a surprise for you 👀

And here we go to the second question: what should you expect from the Newsletter?  As simple as that: deep dive on different companies, stress testing their business models and making powerful examples on how they can move into web3 and use that technology!

To do so, I’ll do a loooot of thing though:

* __Explain in simple terms complex web3 stuff__
* Make deep dive analysis of __how companies works__ (because hey, I’m a marketing guy but you can’t even imagine how much I love read through data and numbers)
* Make projections of __how companies can be boosted by leveraging web3__

I hope that sooner or later companies will be able to leverage this opportunities in a massive way, we people of web3 have the duty to support this from the day 1.

Ah, one last thing: **this will happen every 2 weeks!**

There’s a lot of research behind every post, bear with me if it won’t be a continuous activity then!

I have to admit that I tested this on another web3-based editor but I felt I needed more space to share knowledge that’s why I’m switching to **Paragraph** from today 🚀

This is the very first post and I’ll keep it short: this will be the place where I’ll do my best to talk about **web3, crypto, NFTs, DeFi**, **tokenomics** in a fun and as-much-comprehensible-as-possible way!

For the ones who knows me on **[Linkedin](https://www.linkedin.com/in/filippochiricozzi/)**, I’m doing my best on a daily basis to create and explode web3 information. Via this newsletter (& blog) I will mainly do 2 things:

* help you create **web3 stuff in an easy and free-to-use way**;
* **explain how web2 brands** can transition into the web3 \[stuff for the newsletter\]

Moreover, I’ll take into accountancy important triggers in our everyday life and see how they can affect the evolution of web3, among them:

* macroeconomics
* corporate decisions
* new worldwide trends
* growth of social media/internet coverage

I’ll definitely do my best to support you in the process of transitioning into web3 or either explore more opportunities of the web3 space, hope you’ll like it! :)
