Fly3r #1 - Welcome to the hood + how you should expect this!

This will be a bit of a briefing, not a long one, but I would rather focus on 2 main things:

Let’s start from the first one: why a newsletter?

I’ve always liked creating contents on social media because of many different reasons:

• I’ve seen the rise of every social media, using them for any potential opportunity, from posting kitties up to finding a job;

• I think it’s one of the best way of making our creativity explode, allowing everyone (even those one with poor artistic skills like me) to create and boost knowledge;

• It’s the best way to create great connection and strong relationships literally with everyone, wherever they are. I’m still humbled and amazed in thinking that I have strong relationships with people all around the globe building in web3

Despite all of this, Social Media have one rule that must be respected: eat, live and pray with the algorithm.

If you want to be read, recognized and supported, you need to understand how algorithms for every single social media works. Making examples:

👉 If you’re posting on Facebook, images and memes converts way more than written posts. Incisive posts (not necessarily short ones) have more impact;

👉 If you’re posting on instagram, selfies converts waaaay more than everything else;

👉 If you’re posting on Linkedin, showing off + educating + pictures of your face converts more than ever. Links are devilish stuff though;

👉 If you’re posting on Twitter, well… I don’t know, I’m quite fresh in there (as an active actors) therefore please feel free to suggest!

The name of the publication is “Fly3r” as I’d love to be like the one of the brother Wrights, building the first newsletter that will help people and brands understand web3 by taking web2 cases and crunch them, squeezing out web3 from their veins!

As the Wrights, my airplane is still a rough one, and I hope I’ll be able to build a proper one, a real jet, over the course of the newsletters!

You may understand why I decided to choose Paragraph instead: it’s a web3 native tool! Expect me to create tokens and give token gated access to posts in the future, this is for sure! I know there should be Italian in here, therefore if you haven’t already, read through the end as I have a surprise for you 👀

And here we go to the second question: what should you expect from the Newsletter?

As simple as that: deep dive on different companies, stress testing their business models and making powerful examples on how they can move into web3 and use that technology!

To do so, I’ll do a loooot of thing though:

• Explain in simple terms complex web3 stuff

• Make deep dive analysis of how companies works (because hey, I’m a marketing guy but you can’t even imagine how much I love read through data and numbers)

• Make projections of how companies can be boosted by leveraging web3

I hope that sooner or later companies will be able to leverage this opportunities in a massive way, we people of web3 have the duty to support this from the day 1.

Ah, one last thing: this will happen every 2 weeks!

There’s a lot of research behind every post, bear with me if it won’t be a continuous activity then!
