The migration window to migrate $GLOOM tokens from our old contract: 0x4Ff77748E723f0d7B161f90B4bc505187226ED0D to our new contract: 0xbb5D04c40Fa063FAF213c4E0B8086655164269Ef has officially closed on May 11th.

Stats:

• 81.5586% of supply has migrated to our new contract totaling 815,586,276.22 $GLOOM.

• 18.4414% of supply is left unclaimed, totaling 184,413,723.78 $GLOOM

• The migration period was open for 30 days

The community of $GLOOM token holders must now vote on what to do with the unclaimed $GLOOM governance. The parameters set in place for governance are as follows:

• Minimum $GLOOM balance of 10M $GLOOM needed to submit a proposal

• Proposals need a quorum of 15% in order to execute

• Currently there is a 4 day proposal delay and a 14 day voting period, there is a current proposal to modify these parameters to a 2 day proposal delay and a 4 day voting period, you can view the proposal here.

Gloom Governance for the time being will be conducted through Tally, our governance profile can be found here

The options on what to do with the unclaimed $GLOOM are to burn the supply or to transfer the unclaimed $GLOOM from the Migration Contract (0x56a82a3df3a909a1b4a1b0a418bdfbe7380e78fe) to the Gloom Governance Contract (0xFc8c580f1AfAaC016cBb45c1ced7F73F7DBa1FEc).

I, Bixbite will be proposing to migrate the unclaimed supply as I believe that is the best path forward for us, but anyone is that meets the minimum $GLOOM requirement is welcome to propose a burn if they choose to.

How To Participate In Gloom Governance

1. Go to https://www.tally.xyz/gov/gloom & connect your wallet that contains your $GLOOM tokens

2. You will see a warning that your voting power is not yet activated.... click on the button that says "My Voting Power"

   

3. You will be taken to this screen, click on the button that says "Delegate"

   

4. You can choose to delegate to yourself or someone else.

   

5. If you choose to delegate to someone else you will be taken to this page after you click "Someone Else" all you need to do is enter in their wallet address, or you can explore current registered voters to delegate to a community member.

   

6. Once you make your selection you are all set and ready to participate in Gloom Governance! *Please note, you must delegate your votes first in order to participate.
