Have Fun Pumping and Dumping the first video token of Gnars:
The "Have Fun Pump" initiative showcases the power of Zora's new secondary market system, which brings liquidity and long-term value to creators and collectors. For GnarsDAO, this was an exciting moment as one of our videos became the first-ever video token to utilize this system. Through Zora's protocol, a portion of the mint fees was used to bootstrap liquidity on Uniswap, creating a dynamic and permissionless market for collectors to trade the token even after the mint ended.
This means that collectors who missed the minting window can now buy the token on the open market, with each transaction contributing to GnarsDAO's earnings through Secondary Rewards. This system ensures that the token's value evolves with demand, creating lasting opportunities for both creators and collectors. It’s a fun and innovative way to keep the Nounish energy alive, even after the initial mint period has ended.

Pump it Here!

GnarsDAO, as a subDAO of NounsDAO, places great emphasis on the principle of sustainability. This dynamic creation on the blockchain, structured with split rewards shared with the Gnars treasury, exemplifies a multifaceted approach to supporting and empowering the community to grow in innovative and impactful ways.

VDAO Gnarly Video Premiere Meet up
During the Devcon conference days, we also participated in various side events, protocol parties, premieres, and idea exchanges. After the third day of the event, we visited a charming village surrounded by greenery near Bangkok. Here, we showcased three documentary premieres: Indo Gnars 2, De Olinda 36, and Uganda Connection. Builders Luizhadad, Zimardrp, and Dino presented these projects, which were funded by GnarsDAO. The presentations also included discussions and idea exchanges with the Regen movement led by VDAO, fostering collaboration and shared vision.

🛹 Skate & Pump Event

The Gnars team made their way to the SkateCon event, hosted at a unique wooden skatepark inside a massive shopping center. We delivered a gnarly demo, engaging in discussions about crypto, presenting the Gnars project, and distributing stickers. The interaction also featured the Nogglesboard, bringing the Nounish vibe to the crowd and connecting with the skateboarding community in a memorable way.

Extras

The Gnars team's stay at the Skate House in Rayong was truly unique. The backyard, designed by a mysterious Swiss architect, featured friendly neighbors, cows, and a taste of local culture. This contrasted sharply with the inside of the house, filled with several screens, countless cables, and the occasional eccentric managing both worlds simultaneously.
During our time in the local village, we explored breathtaking monasteries and stunning beaches while producing media content showcased on the Gnars Community profile on Zora, with more releases planned. In this vibrant setting, Bitcoin peaked at 98k, and the sunsets painted the skies with an unforgettable glow.
