Akshay is a friend of Gray Wolf Labs and an honorary Guardian of the Guardian Academy. At a recent dinner, we decided it would be cool to take the fundraising model he is using for the Great Soul Crossing and model it on the blockchain.
It's simply a simple and unique way to support amazing humans doing incredible things. This is not a money-making opportunity or biz op. It's an alternative way for people to donate and get a collectible along with bonuses listed on the Great Soul Crossing donation page.
About The Collectibles:
Supply: Up to 10,000
The contract has a max supply of 10,000. However, once the fundraising goal is met the minting will be shut off forever. It's likely that the circulating supply is less than 10,000 when all is said and done.
There are 50 custom images Akshay generated himself and each has a corresponding audio message. There is a max supply of 200 of each.
Cost:
The mint cost is .0055 eth, which was approximately $9 at the time of creation. Why $9? See the Web2 experience website below.
Royalties:
10%.
4% goes directly back to Akshay to fund the Great Soul Crossing experience. This includes funding and marketing the documentary.
3% goes to Developing the Great Soul Crossing Web3 Experience. The Web3 Experience will be built on the Guard Fdn.
3% goes directly to Artists For Addicts to help change the conversation about addiction and connection
Wolf Pup Holders:
Akshay and The Wolf Den have special experiences reserved for holders that have both a Great Soul Crossing Collectible and a Wolf Pup. We have to wait for him to finish and recover from his journey to announce them. The recovery time from something like this is unknown, as it's never been before.
