We All Hate Ads, Right?

We're bombarded with ads every day, everywhere we look. I mean, when was the last time you had a pleasant experience on Instagram, let alone on Twitter?

The Ugly Thesis: In-Transaction Ads

Brace yourselves—this might be the worst idea you've ever heard. Imagine encountering ads while sending tokens. Yes, you read that right. 

How Would It Work?

Imagine a world where you're sending USDC to your fiancé and have several options to choose from:

1. Reduce Transaction Costs: Watch an ad to shave off 10% of the cost.

2. Speed Up Transactions: Watch an ad to speed up the transaction, similar to paying for transaction priority during the last bull run.

Is there any good in ads?

He designed a billboard-style frame with nine tiles where brands can pay for a spot and gain visibility in one of Farcaster’s top channels. This new approach offers a fresh way for brands to engage with Farcaster, moving beyond the platform’s previously limited options and reducing their reliance on channels as the primary growth engine.

But frames don't have to be limited just to Farcaster... imagine reading the latest news and instantly seeing a one-click frame reminding you to finish your Amazon purchase or mint an NFT you liked on X—all without leaving the tab or being redirected.

As web3 adoption grows, this seamless approach to marketing and user experience could soon become a natural part of our daily digital interactions.
