Lemon's Power Rankings

2024 NFL Season - Week 7

1. Chiefs (6-0) (1): Mahomes didn’t look great against the beat up Niners. Could a loss be in their future? How long can their defense maintain? Overall, they’re still rolling and still number 1.

2. Lions (5-1) (3): The Lions continue to dominate. They need an answer for Hutchinson, but overall are the team to beat in the NFC.

3. Ravens (5-2) (4): The Ravens are starting to look scary. Their offense has been cooking and Lamar is making a huge MVP case. It’s too bad they don’t play the Chiefs, because I think they would knock them off and become the number 1 overall team.

4. Vikings (5-1) (2): Honestly, still a super-hot team beating losing a close game to who might be the Super Bowl contender for the NFC.

5. Packers (5-2) (8): Knocked off the Texans in another close game. The NFC North is by far one of the strongest divisions in football right now.

6. Bills (5-2) (7): The Bills had another slow start this week but ended up destroying the Titans. Amari Cooper looked good and I’m sure is happy to be playing with Allen.

7. Texans (5-2) (5): Injuries could be an issue, but the Packers are a good team, and they nearly won the game.

8. Steelers (5-2) (15): Russell Wilson proved he deserved the starting spot. This team looks better than most expected them to be. Keep feeding Pickins.

9. Commanders (5-2) (6): The coinflip here is whether Jayden Daniels continues to miss time with his injury. Overall, the team still looks great.

10. Bears (4-2) (12): Bye

11. Seahawks (4-3) (14): Looking like they might be the team in the NFC West. They won a good game on the road against the Falcons.

12. Eagles (4-2) (17): They beat the Giants and have had some real lucky wins against some of the bottom teams.

13. Buccaneers (4-3) (9): This team had a lot of potential; however, the loss of Godwin and potential loss of Evans is going to hurt them.

14. Falcons (4-3) (11): Bad loss at home, they haven’t had a great win, but the division is also looking like it’s a tossup.

15. 49ers (3-4) (13): Madden curse, Super Bowl loss curse, whatever it is. This team is on a downhill trend and losing Aiyuk and having majority of the offense injured is not great. They have a real tough stretch of games coming up.

16. Broncos (4-3) (16): The Broncos are doing just enough to stay relevant, and sometimes that’s all you need to do.

17. Bengals (3-4) (20): The Bengals have been on a good winning streak, they need to continue to show up to move up in these rankings.

18. Colts (4-3) (24): They need to show up and win in Houston.

19. Cowboys (3-3) (15): Bye

20. Cardinals (3-4) (21): This team is so hit and miss; however, they pulled off the win against the Chargers. The NFC West being in shambles means any team in the division could take the W.

21. Chargers (3-3) (22): Defense lost this game for them.

22. Jets (2-5) (18): They have an easy schedule coming up, so they should win a few games from here. But they don’t look great. Is it time to retire Aaron?

23. Saints (2-5) (19): This team had hope early on, but injuries have decimated this team.

24. Rams (2-4) (27): Injuries are keeping them held back, but again, NFC West is still a toss-up.

25. Giants (2-5) (23): Danny Dimes was benched, not a great look.

26. Jaguars (2-5) (29): A win is a win.

27. Raiders (2-5) (25): Brock Bowers looks good at least? Yeah, we won’t change that at all.

28. Dolphins (2-4) (26): They need Tua to come back, but Tua really shouldn’t come back at all…

29. Titans (1-5) (28): Maybe keep going with Mason?

30. Browns (1-6) (30): Can Winston be the answer they need?

31. Patriots (1-6) (32): Drake looks decent at least.

32. Panthers (1-6) (31): I have no words.
