My Life Set List: 20 Years of Shows

This is my life set list. I started this as a Google Doc on my old Sony laptop in 2004.

Over the last 20 years, I have added every band set that I have ever seen live, noted the venue, the city and the date.

Entries that look like this "Thrice (1) ~ March 19, 2004 ~ Boston Axis" mean that Thrice was the headlining band, it was my first show ever, it happened on March 19, 2024 in Boston at the Axis.

I have carefully transferred this list from machine to machine before finally moving it over to Google Docs a few years back.

To date I have seen 575 sets at 189 shows. Most were in Boston, with the exception of 2006-2010 when I lived in Montreal.

And no, I have never brought my camera to a show. Back in the early aughts they weren't allowed, and by the time I got truly into photography enough to apply for a press pass, I just so loved the feeling of total careless abandonment in a pit that I never wanted to be responsible for my camera.
