I've joined Farcaster nearly a year ago! Ever since, I've found lots of opportunities to build, met new people with like-minded ideas, talent and creativity, learned a lot more about web3, decentralisation, discovered great art... the list is endless!

I'll talk a little bit about my journey in the next section, please feel free to skip to the next section for the roadmap for Moxito.

Roadmap for Moxito

After working a couple of months on Moxito and having great support from the Moxie team and Farcaster contributors, I can share the newly refined, five-phase roadmap. The vision isn’t just to launch an app with Moxie stats, it’s to create an ecosystem that promotes healthy habits, rewards users for their effort, and connects them with thriving onchain communities. Each phase builds upon the previous, laying the groundwork for an experience that goes beyond fitness activity tracking and extending Farcaster.

Phase 1: iOS

The iOS app is currently in the Beta phase, in TestFlight. Priorities include refining the UI/UX, resolving any lingering issues, and ensuring a polished, stable launch. The underlying backend will serve the future Android app as well so that both apps have the same experience.

We’ll initiate our partnership with Airstack, where they will distribute a substantial amount of $MOXIE tokens via Moxito and anywhere in Farcaster! You will be able to claim from the app itself.

Privacy Focus: None of your health data is ever stored on Moxito’s servers. All points are calculated directly on your device, preventing us from accessing or knowing any of your personal health metrics. By the end of Phase 1, the iOS app will have evolved from a promising beta into a production-ready product poised for broader adoption—transparent, private, and secure from day one.

Phase 2: Android, iOS Widgets and Live Activities

Once the iOS app is stable, I’ll focus my attention to Android. Leveraging React Native, I’ll create an Android version that mirrors the iOS experience, bringing an even larger user base into our health and rewards environment.

With both platforms supported, it will be easier to support onchain rewards beyond $MOXIE, such as $DEGEN, $TN100X, and other tokens, tapping into diverse Farcaster communities. This phase will allow you to claim directly from Moxito 🍃. This approach ensures that both iOS and Android users benefit equally, forging a broader, more inclusive community that thrives on shared goals and incentives.

More widgets will come into the app as well as Live Activities (similar to notifications but they stay on the screen, updating in real time. Useful for Moxie auctions and other auctions, such as Purple and Nouns auctions). I will start off with making the HAM widget available to HAM supporters 🍖. Eventually, more widgets will be developed based on the community needs and utility.

Phase 3: Frames and Collaborations

With the app accessible on both major platforms and a robust onchain rewards framework in place, I’ll introduce frames support in-app and fully integrate Farcaster frames. These enhancements will enable richer community interactions, allowing users to personalise their in-app experience and engage more deeply with Farcaster specific content and features. In addition, checking in for fitness rewards will be much easier than ever before.

In parallel, a priority focus on new collaborations within the Farcaster and Moxie ecosystems, connecting with users, developers, designers, and artists to co-create unique frames, fun games, NFT projects, visual elements, art, and interactive experiences. Fan Tokens will play an important role for exclusive access to features within Moxito and on Farcaster.

Collaborations and contributions are the key to making a product thrive. Phase 4: Health and Fitness AI Assistant

After establishing a solid footing across iOS, Android, and the onchain communities, it’s time to enrich the health and fitness journey itself.

In Phase 4, Moxito will have an AI-driven health and fitness assistant on Farcaster, designed to guide, educate, and motivate users.

The AI assistant will become a valuable partner in users’ wellness journeys, unlocking a deeper sense of engagement and personal growth.

Phase 5: Community Growth, Sponsorships & Continuous Improvement

In the final phase, I’ll focus on scaling our ecosystem through bounties, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community-driven initiatives. The plan is to fund and promote other promising projects in the space and talent, fostering cross-pollination of ideas and user bases.

Continuous refinement of rewards and ongoing feedback loops will ensure the platform remains fresh, responsive, and forward-looking. By Phase 5, the vision is a thriving, interconnected network of users, protocols, and communities all working together to make healthy living more fun, rewarding, and accessible than ever.

Bonus: ZK

After establishing our presence on both iOS and Android, I’ll dedicate time to further enhancing user privacy. Moxito will increase transparency and explore Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology to ensure that sensitive information remains confidential. This phase is all about reinforcing trust, ensuring users can enjoy the platform without concern for their personal data’s security.

Looking ahead

This five-phase roadmap reflects our commitment to building an ecosystem that encourages healthy habits, leverages cutting-edge technologies, and evolves with user feedback. From perfecting the iOS experience and expanding to Android, to adding onchain rewards, frames and collaborations, and AI-driven insights, our journey is just beginning.

As we progress through each phase, I’ll continue listening, learning, and iterating. Our ultimate goal is to provide a seamless, motivational environment where every user—regardless of their platform, goals, or interests—can find value, support, and excitement in their wellness journey.
