Success Syndicate Roadmap

With the explosive growth that we've seen in the Success Syndicate over the last 20 days, I wanted to take the time to lay out my vision for the future of the group. This blog post will serve as a sort of roadmap for the future of /success.

As the first hypersub channel of it's kind, we are walking in unmapped territory. There is no roadmap to follow, and I find that extremely exciting. We get to do something entirely new!

Here are a few of the ideas I am the most excited about:

We have several members of the Syndicate who are extremely experienced airdrop hunters. To take advantage of this experience, we have launched a subgroup on Discord. This group is devoted to finding lucrative aidrops, and maximizing returns from them. If you're new to crypto or airdrop hunting, this is the group for you!

Starting this week, Syndicate members @ciefa.eth and @hoganthereformed.eth will be offering trading lessons live on Discord. If you are someone who wants to learn to make better crypto trades, this is the place for you. Both of these guys have an abundance of experience with day trading and will be excellent teachers. I will most definitely be tuning in and taking part!

It has been made abundantly clear that the Power Badge System is not going away. It will remain an integral part of Warpcast for the forseeable future. So, if you can't beat em, join em! I have started a subgroup called 'Power Badge Pros' with the objective of helping good casters get the recognition they deserve. This group is collectively governed and targets are decided on mutually.

Helping new users is something I feel strongly about, and I want to use the collective power of our group to do more in this area. Just imagine the impact we could have if each of our members helped a new user each day. Even if it's just a friendly comment or response to a DM, it can go a long way. As we continue to grow, I envision /success being the best place for new users to get started on Farcaster.

Do you have an idea for a web3 or other project but aren't sure if it's up to snuff? Bring it to the Success Syndicate for feedback and suggestions. Between our members, we have decades of experience in Web 3. Use the collective experience of our group to incubate and improve your business ideas. There is real power in having a collective group of people to bounce ideas off of and get feedback from. Use this to your advantage.

Are you starting a new project and looking for partnerships or collaborators? The Success Syndicate has a great talent pool to choose from. Whether you need a solidity dev or a community manager, you're likely to find a strong candidate in our group. We have already seen several community members meet, vibe, and start projects together right inside our group chat. As /success continues to grow, I expect we'll see more of this.

If you have a new project that is just getting off the ground, one of the most important things you can do is find an early group of supporters. Success Syndicate subscribers who are launching projects have a pre-built community of supporters. Offer your fellow members exclusive access to your project and in return, you get a group of dedicated supporters right out of the gate!

As you can see from this blog post, I have a lot of plans for the future of /success. One thing that I want to make very clear is that Success Syndicate is not my group or my channel. It belongs to all of us and it will only succeed with the help of all of us. I want this to be a place that supports all of our goals, whether that be making new friends or starting a project. Most importantly, I want /success to be a place where you all have fun and feel accepted. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me!
