I have some exciting news to share with you today. I have just created a comic strip and a short story using the power of artificial intelligence! Yes, you heard that right. I used two amazing tools from Bing to generate a 4 stripe comic with a friendly dog, lion, and a dinosaur, and then a short story fitting to the comic stripes. And the best part is, I did it all for free!
How did I do it? Well, let me tell you
First, I used Bing’s Dalle-3 tool to create the comic image. Dalle-3 is a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence model that can create stunning graphical artworks from text prompts. All I had to do was type in “A 4 stripe comic with friendly dog, lion, and a dinosaur. No text.” and voilà! Dalle-3 produced this beautiful comic for me:
Isn’t it incredible? I love how Dalle-3 captured the expressions and personalities of the animals.
Next, I used Bing’s GPT4 tool to write a short story based on the comic image. GPT4 is another cutting-edge artificial intelligence model that can generate coherent and creative texts from any input. All I had to do was upload the comic image and type in “Add a short story fitting to the comic stripes.” and bam! GPT4 wrote this lovely story for me:
The Dog, the Lion, the Hedgehog, and the Dinosaur
Once upon a time, there was a dog who loved to play in the fields. He enjoyed chasing butterflies, digging holes, and rolling on the grass. He was always happy and cheerful, and he had many friends who liked to join him in his fun.
One day, he met a lion who was sitting on a rock. The lion looked very proud and majestic, but also very bored. The dog decided to approach him and said, “Hello, Mr. Lion. You look very strong and powerful. Do you want to play with me?”
The lion looked down at the dog and said, “Play with you? Don’t you know who I am? I am the king of the beasts. I don’t have time for silly games. I have to think about important things, like how to rule my kingdom and protect my subjects.”
The dog was puzzled and said, “But Mr. Lion, don’t you ever have fun? Don’t you ever relax and enjoy yourself? Life is not only about work and duty. It is also about happiness and joy.”
The lion snorted and said, “Happiness and joy are for weaklings. I am a leader, not a follower. I don’t need anyone or anything to make me happy. I am happy enough with myself.”
The dog shrugged and said, “Well, suit yourself then. But I think you are missing out on a lot of fun. Goodbye, Mr. Lion.” And he ran away to find his friends.
The next day, he met a hedgehog who was standing on the grass. The hedgehog looked very cute and friendly, but also very shy. The dog decided to approach him and said, “Hello, Mr. Hedgehog. You look very nice and cozy. Do you want to play with me?”
The hedgehog looked up at the dog and said, “Play with you? Don’t you know what I am? I am a hedgehog. I have sharp spines all over my body. If you touch me, you will get hurt.”
The dog smiled and said, “But Mr. Hedgehog, don’t you ever want to be touched? Don’t you ever want to feel the warmth of another creature? Life is not only about safety and comfort. It is also about love and friendship.”
The hedgehog sighed and said, “Love and friendship are for fools. I am a loner, not a socializer. I don’t need anyone or anything to make me feel loved. I am loved enough by myself.”
The dog shook his head and said, “Well, that’s too bad then. But I think you are missing out on a lot of love. Goodbye, Mr. Hedgehog.” And he ran away to find his friends.
The next day, he met a dinosaur who was standing on the grass. The dinosaur looked very big and scary, but also very happy. The dog decided to approach him and said, “Hello, Mr. Dinosaur. You look very awesome and cool. Do you want to play with me?”
The dinosaur looked down at the dog and said, “Play with you? Of course I do! You look very fun and friendly. I love to play with everyone and everything.”
The dog was surprised and said, “Really? You do? But aren’t you afraid of hurting someone or something with your size and strength?”
The dinosaur laughed and said, “No way! I am careful and gentle with everyone and everything. I don’t want to hurt anyone or anything. I just want to have fun and make friends.”
The dog was delighted and said, “That’s wonderful! Me too! Let’s play together then!”
And so they did.
They played tag, hide-and-seek, fetch, tug-of-war, and many other games.
They had so much fun that they forgot about everything else.
They became the best of friends.
And they lived happily ever after.
