Background on Tokyo DAO
Tokyo DAO was born from an idea at a Farcaster meetup in Tokyo in late March and is now operational with over 200 members from around the globe. You don't have to be in Tokyo or Japan to join the DAO and Passport NFTs (your key to join us) have been reopened for minting!
With 3 meetups under our belts, we are looking to formalize our mission and have a presence at the major blockchain and crypto conferences this summer, but we have one major problem...we have no logo and official brand identity. While our Passport NFTs are cool, they were a temporary placeholder and now that the DAO has grown, we need to evolve and grow too.
Since we are Farcaster native, we can't think of a better way to expand than to lean in all the way and source our logo from a Farcaster artist, designer, or other creative who wants to shoot their shot.
How to Enter
To enter, simply post your design to the channel (/tokyowip), tag @tokyowip and put #tokyodaologo somewhere in your post.
We will use Rounds to get our finalist and take the top entries to the DAO for a formal vote. Only likes from DAO members will count to help surface the finalists. Anyone can join the DAO by minting our Passport NFT.
The contest is open to anyone on Farcaster. If you know someone not on Farcaster who would be an amazing contributor, please use this as an excuse to onboard them.
