A Basket for Everyone

Chinmay and the Percs team had been building on Farcaster for a while now. Some of you might already know them from their famous "Guess the movie" game and the Farcaster Marketing Tool they had built.

Basket is a new product they are building. It enables anyone to create a basket of tokens, kind of like an onchain index creator. The creator can earn in two ways.

1. Weekly Prizes for the best performing baskets.

2. Fees from degens investing in your basket.

Active investing is a grind. Indexes are an easy, low-cost way to get diversified exposure. But in crypto, extreme volatility and the short lifespan of tokens make it tricky.

That’s why Basket is interesting. Letting anyone create indexes, plus a discovery experience that highlights the best performers, might just be the unlock that weaves the magic. You can join the allowlist for early access. I’m looking forward to trying it when it launches.

It’s interesting how Farcaster has apps for every kind of person. Jackpot is a web3 slot machine game with an ever growing prize pool. The pool is seeded with $200 worth of $JACKPOT tokens every time the jackpot resets.
