The market has taken another downturn this week - with a surprisingly green Sunday, the market saw significant lows on mains throughout the week.

• BTC dropping below $87k

• ETH under $2400

• SOL dipping below $140

Talk of tariffs being implemented seems to have sent markets in a flurry. My longer term holds had some great DCA opportunities I took advantage of. But overall, similar to last week, I am mostly just sitting on my hands waiting for a sense of direction.

Warpcast continues to expand on their rewards system - increasing the number of weekly winners to 2000. The rewards pool has also been increased from $15k to $20k each week! I think this is an awesome incentive to grow & maintain the Warpcast DAU.

Degen has even joined the party offering a way for other memecoin communities to send out rewards in their favorite tokens to Warpcast rewards winners. The top 2000 casters on Warpcast each week now earn $USDC, $DEGEN, & $DICKBUTT!

Zora Goes Full ERC-20

Every new mint on Zora is now an ERC-20 token - instantly tradable on Uniswap. Creators also earn 1% of every trade. I feel like this shift is oriented for more of a collector than a trader's mindset. Reactions have been mixed amongst creators, traders, & collectors - but in my opinion, Deployer said it best:

About Me

My name is SVVVG3 (pronounced SAVAGE) and I've been in crypto/web3/onchain since 2017. I became curious about Bitcoin and Ethereum but did not yet have the funds to invest too heavily.

Fast forward to 2020 where I was loading up some of my first bits of ETH to buy into a gaming project called Axie Infinity (still around today). Shortly after, I dove into Discord & X (formerly Twitter) and started to find my way. I discovered Farcaster in April of 2024 and have been hooked ever since!

I've spent a lot of time trading (and collecting) coins & NFTs over the last few years. These days, I spend a lot of my time on the Base L2, but also tend to explore other chains. I plan to use this blog as a weekly journal of my journey onchain. Let's dive in to what happened this week:
