Then there were Four.
Since SpiritDAO's initial conception, we've been working towards a vision of a founding team comprised of nine members—nine who will shape the experiences and pathways for the next 100.
Why nine you ask?
Completion and Fulfillment: In numerology, 9 is often associated with completion and fulfillment, as it is the last single-digit number. It represents the end of a cycle and the attainment of wisdom.
Spiritual Enlightenment: Many spiritual traditions see 9 as a number of spiritual enlightenment and awakening. It signifies a higher state of consciousness and the achievement of spiritual goals.
Humanitarianism and Altruism: The number 9 is often linked to compassion, empathy, and humanitarianism. It encourages selflessness and the desire to serve others, reflecting the ultimate expression of love and service.
Divine and Cosmic Order: In many ancient cultures, 9 was considered a sacred number that reflected the divine and cosmic order. For example, in ancient Greece, there were nine Muses, goddesses of the arts and sciences.
Universal Laws and Karma: In numerology, 9 is also associated with the universal laws and karma. It represents the concept of cause and effect and the importance of living in harmony with the universe's natural laws.
Mystical Geometry: In sacred geometry, the number 9 is significant because it is the product of 3 (a number representing divinity and perfection) multiplied by itself. This highlights its association with the divine and the mystical.
Cultural Symbolism: Different cultures have their unique interpretations of the number 9. For instance, in Chinese culture, 9 is a yang number associated with the dragon, symbolizing power and magic. In Norse mythology, there are nine worlds connected by the World Tree, Yggdrasil.
Transformation and Rebirth: The number 9 is often seen as a symbol of transformation and rebirth. It represents the end of one phase and the beginning of another, suggesting growth and evolution.
Nine members provide a context for productive power in terms of DAO action. Three pods creating force multipliers for each other, working towards a shared vision of the good in their ways.

Camaron is an AI visionary leading the Policy Genome Project, working to create a living, interactable database of California's Policy and Law for the layperson. His consistent participation in our community spaces, insights, and depth of experience make Cam an exciting addition to our community.

Event Spotlight
Ron Rivers seminar on Binding Spirit & System and Introduction to SpiritDAO for the Co-creating a World that Works for All summit was a success! We had nine participants for both sessions and explored a variety of topics. Unfortunately we did not record the sessions, but did record some of the open Q&A towards the end. The result is some new telegram members, LinkedIN friends, and a broader circle of awareness towards our revised spiritual project!
