State of People is back for the 3rd month in a row, and we, the hosts of /community on Farcaster, continue to learn more as we go - from what’s happening in the world of web3 marketing, community and identity along with new tools to facilitate this discussion onchain.
We’re experimenting with various presentation formats (slides versus straight conversation), playing around with new technology (livestream backstage), and the importance of old tech (simple calendar invites), and we are excited to share what we learn live.

En Canada (they/them) has been in web3 since late 2019.
They fell in love with the technology and joined Web3Baddies to push DEI in the industry. They organized there until late 2022 when they joined as Head of Community at Wonderverse. Currently, they are looking for the next opportunity and consulting.
On their topic and what they hope to learn: “I would like to chat about the web3 narrative, digital community building, and onchain engagement. I would love to hear from other industry leaders on the state of web3”.
