Most meme coins talk big: we are going to the moon! we are all going to make it! They think stuff like a website, a logo, listings on centralized exchanges, or pretty social media accounts are the things that matter. $DOGE didn't win because of any of this, it won because people love DOGE. Memes > Utility.
thankyoudan won't make a bunch of empty promises. Our roadmap is simple: bring new users to Farcaster as a way of thanking Dan Romero, our sufficiently decentralized network's fearless founder. Yes, we are developing a website, a token logo, and we will allow centralized exchanges to list our token but we only care about one thing, thanking Dan in a meaningful way.
We are a Farcaster meme coin, and during our launch we distributed airdrops to some of our favorite communities and projects on Farcaster, including: @purp Growth Tank,@sum Abandoned Curiosities,/manysuchcases, and the /replyguys Party DAO. We hope that eventually, all of these projects will understand our mission and participate similarly to @purp, by using the airdropped tokens to provide liquidity and earn rewards they can distribute to community members. Farcaster is a network of communities, and we are just part of that amazing whole.
Community Airdrop
Our community airdrop & liquidity mining event will be a significant step for the project. Following this stage, all of the project's token will be distributed, and it will be a 'real' meme coin, with no central ownership or control. During the event, we are distributing 14% of the total token supply, or 100,000,000,000 $TYDR tokens. Here's how you can qualify to receive a $TYDR airdrop.

Done? Great, you now qualify for the $TYDR airdrop. But theres more... we want to incentivize $TYDR liquidity providers, and people who contribute to the growth of Farcaster. The best way to thank Dan Romero is to help onboard new users, and we think that users should be able to win just by joining us here.
Referral Rewards
A significant portion of the airdrop is reserved for users who onboard friends to Farcaster. How can you do this? Easy:
Find a friend on X.com and tell them about Farcaster. Screenshot your invite pitch message
After you convince them to check our Farcaster, help them register a new FID, and introduce them warmly to the network in /welcome. In your cast, include a screenshot of your Farcaster pitch message, include the words "thankyoudan," and be sure to tag the account you onboarded & @tydr.
Users receive a multiplier on their airdrop for each verified new user they onboard. And of course, all of these new Farcaster users will receive $TYDR airdrops to welcome them to the network. We will vet each referral carefully, and cheating will result in total airdrop disqualification for both parties.
How many users can you onboard for Dan? 100? 1000?
Our theory is that if you can get people on Farcaster by dangling a carrot, a reward them for coming, they will find friends and communities and stay. As $TYDR onboards more users, the meme will spread. Thanking Dan depends on number (of users) going up, let's work together to make it happen.
Liquidity Mining
Our liquidity mining campaign follows a simple strategy: keep it simple. Airdrop distribution will begin on April 1st, 2024. Anyone who provides liquidity to the Uniswap v2 liquidity pool continuously from before 12pm UTC on Sunday, March 9th and April 1st will qualify for a 4x multiplier on their airdrop. Supply at least 1,000,000,000 $TYDR to qualify.

We are all here because we love Farcaster. If you bought $TYDR on launch day you probably use Farcaster every day, and Farcaster is better with friends, let's bring new people into the community. We are officially the only token that pays you to thank Dan Romero.
