My team at the EF, Protocol Support, is hiring someone for the first time in years to help us across all of the things: AllCoreDevs, the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship, Summer of Protocols, and more

In short, we're looking for a high-agency generalist who is comfortable doing whatever it takes to move ambitious projects forwards, even when there's high uncertainty around things!
You'll work directly with me, Trent Van Epps, Mario Havel, Josh Davis and many others both within the EF and outside of it. Almost everything we do happens in the open. As one example, here are some changes to ACD we're currently thinking through. And here's what came out of our experiment in running a protocol study group a few months ago: epf.wiki. Or, this tweet, which led to the creation of Protocol Guild:
Make it a social norm for all DAOs (and other network tokens) building on Ethereum to allocate 1.5% of their tokens to the individuals building and designing the L1 infrastructure they rely upon.

On the logistics side, this is a full time, fully remote (and anon-friendly!) role. The schedule is flexible, but you must be online for a few hours around Eth o'clock (14:00 UTC) daily

What are the teams with the smartest and most capable people in crypto right now in your opinion?
Lastly, if you feel like you aren't an expert at everything that's listed in the job posting, that's okay!! I spent 6 months silently listening to AllCoreDevs (and eventually live-tweeting the calls to force myself to pay attention ) before fully understanding what was going on!
