Today
my average
speed is lower; I add
distance to my run: improvement
unlocked.
On my second run of the week, I noticed I was not as fast as on the first run. My average speed was not where I hoped it would be. I had to accept that, but still wanted to feel like I would do something better than the run before. So, I added a couple of meters to my run. And I felt good.
So, this Friday, looking back on your week,, don't just focus on what could have been better, also celebrate the things you improved on.
What was something you did better this week?
This poem is a cinquain. Basically, a cinquain is a poem consisting of 5 lines, but in the modern interpretation, there's an aditional 'rule': a syllable count. The poem consists of 2, 4, 6, 8 and then 2 syllables per line. Can you create one as well? If you're on Farcaster, I will be rewarding the 5 funniest entries in the ponder Q&A frame with 3 $OP today in the poetry channel.

Poésie de la vie
This is a short trailer of an opera performance. I was chatting with a friend, who has seen the whole thing in Venice. Our conversation quickly turned to the value of having easy and affordable access to culture. I think that's important. Whether it's poetry, or music, or whichever form you prefer. Please enjoy culture and share it with the next generations. It's a key element of being, and remaining, human.
