GM Farcaster is a 21 minute morning news show, live streamed three times a week on unlonely.app, with co-hosts @NounishProf and me, where we give you all the latest news happening across the Farcaster protocol.
We started the show as a simple experiment in onchain media:
Would a live stream news show airing 3x a week be useful to, and welcomed by, the growing Farcaster community?
After 15 straight weeks of live streaming Farcaster news we're delighted with the early results. We have a consistent audience in our live stream and people engaging in our live chat. People are talking. We have 200 people following our channel. 58 people have minted a total of 200 episodes. Our podcast has been listened to over 350 times, with 30 subscribers across Spotify and Apple.

We're missionaries not mercenaries, but since we are building for the long term, we need to experiment to find ways to fund our initiatives so we can continue to grow. Instead of waiting until we're big enough to get big sponsors, we're starting small and experimenting today, which we believe is the best path for sustainable growth.
